How to Build Powerful Links to Your Webpages
If the links pointing to your site are powerful, then you probably won’t need too many of them in order to attain good rankings.
The question is how do you make your links powerful? The answer is simple. By mass linking to your link pages, you can make them much more powerful in Google’s eyes.
Suppose you have a website which you want to rank highly in search engines. Let us say your site is – www.yoursite.com and the keywords you are targeting are ‘your keyword phrase’.
The first step is to get just a handful of direct links to your site from authority websites like ezinearticles, hubpages, squidoo, zimbio etc.
What I suggest is that you write an article consisting of 400 or more words. Then spin it using ‘The Best Spinner‘ because it is so easy to spin articles with this tool. It can save you a lot of time and headache. This tool is not so expensive and it might be a good idea to invest in it. In some later post, I may also present you another alternative tool to ‘The Best Spinner‘ which is free of cost! So make sure to check my site later on.
Back to our strategy, after writing and spinning the article, post a unique version of the article on squidoo. From this article, link to your main website using your chosen keywords as anchor text.
Post another version of the article on blogtalkradio.com website. Put 2 links in this article. First one goes to your main website, and second one to the squidoo page you created earlier. Remember that the anchor text of the link to your main site should be the keywords you are targeting.
Take another version of the original article and post on zimbio.com. Again this article should contain 2 outgoing links. First one to your main site with the proper anchor text and second link goes to blogtalkradio page.
Take another version of the article and post on goarticles website with 2 links. First one pointing to your main site and containing main keyword as anchor text. The next link should point to zimbio page.
So, you are actually building a link wheel kind of setup. You now have 4 links from authority sites pointing to your website. Doing this is not enough. You need to build mass links to your link wheel so that the link wheel becomes powerful and passes more link juice to your website.
A lot of people have doubts about building lots of links to their site. However with this strategy you are not going to mass link directly to your site. You will only build few links and then mass link to those webpages which link to your site.
How do you build tons of links to your linwheel? Here are some ideas:
1. Create an article at freetrafficsystem.com. This is a service where you can submit your articles and they will then submit your articles to 30 or more websites and blogs. So, with each article submission you are going to get links from 30 sites.
You can submit more and more articles pointing to your linkwheel. Suppose you submit 5 articles to FTS, then you will get 30×5 = 150 links to your linkwheel.
2. You can take the last site in the link wheel (goarticles one in the above example) and submit it to the top social bookmarking sites like reddit, digg, stumbleupon etc.
3. After you submit the site to social bookmarking sites using your own account, you can pay somebody else also to do more bookmarking for you. There is one guy at warriorforum who will submit your site to 25 or more social sites for just $5. Here is the link to the service - .
Use this service to submit your goarticles page to all those social sites.
4. Take the RSS feeds of each site in your link wheel and submit them to the top RSS directories. Also submit the feed of your main website to these dirs. You can find a list of top RSS directories here -
5. Go to fiverr.com and search for people who will build mass links to your site by creating profiles and signature links on various forums. There is one guy who will create 3000+ links for just $5.
Again, don’t create these links directly to your site. Instead of that, create these links to any webpage in your linkwheel.
6. Write and submit articles using a service called ‘Unique Article Wizard‘ (UAW). You are allowed to put 3 links in each article you submit to UAW. So, put links for any 3 webpages in your linkwheel.
When you submit 1 article to UAW, it will post that article to hundreds of blogs, websites and even article directories. Suppose each article is posted to 300 sites, then if you submit 5 articles, they will generate links from 300 x 5 = 1500 sites.
And since you can put 3 links in each article, so the total number of links you can get from just 5 article submissions are:
300 x 5 x 3 = 4500 links!!!
In many cases, your article will be submitted to more than 300 sites. So you can hope to get more than 5000 links to your linkwheel just by submitting 5 articles to UAW!!! Can you imagine how powerful this service really is?
UAW is a very powerful service if you use it properly. It is not free like FTS. It costs $67 per month, but don’t get frightened by the price tag. If you utilize this service properly then you can get many times the return on your investment.
Another great thing about this service is that you can build links slowly to your sites instead of all at once. You can set how many sites your article should be submitted to in 1 day.
Suppose you submit an article today and decide to have that article postd to only 10 sites in a day. So you will only be getting 10 links per day to your sites. UAW will continue to post your articles at the rate of 10 per day until it submits to all the related sites in its network.
This is called dripfeeding the article. It helps in building links slowly to your site which might look more natural to Google than building all links at once. A cheaper alternative to UAW is ‘Article Marketing Automation‘ – AMA.
7. Another great way to create mass links to your link wheel is to use a software called ‘Article submission helper‘. It is a free software which helps you in submitting your articles to many free article directories.
Many of these article directories have decent pagerank and lots of pages. So they are authoritative sites in Google’s eyes. Getting links from these sites on regular basis can be good for improving your site’s rankings.
Most article directories will allow 2 links at the end of the article. Here you can put one link to any webpage in your link wheel. The other link can be to your main website.
Note, here I am suggesting you to put one link to your main website as well because it is normally safer to get links from article directories. So there should not be anything to be concerned about in this regard.
You might like to submit at least 5 articles through ‘Article Submission Helper’ to get more links to your link wheel and make it more powerful. The more powerful your link wheel gets, the more link juice gets passed to your main website as well.
After completing the above 7 steps to mass link your link wheel and make it super-powerful, you should see good improvements in the ranking of your main website for your targeted keyword phrase. However note that it may take some time before you see results.
So wait for a few weeks (2-3 weeks) after completing the above 7 steps. If you have still not hit the first page of Google by then, what you need to do is create another link wheel using the same or different web 2.0 properties as your first link wheel.
The second link wheel also inks to the same website targeting the same keyword or a different one according to your choice. Repeat the 7 steps mentioned above for the second link wheel. Again wait for a couple of weeks for results.
Now you will have 2 link wheels pointing links to your website. Both these link wheels should have become very powerful due to the immense number of backlinks you have generated for them.
There are high chances that your website will now be on the front page of Google if you have targeted medium to low competition keywords and have done your onpage SEO properly for your main website.
If you have hit the first page of Google, then rejoice. Now you can target another website or another page on the same website for another keyword using the exact same strategy as above.
Create 1 link wheel and follow the 7 steps to make it powerful. Wait for a few days. If results are not satisfactory, create anotehr link wheel and mass link to it.
If still the results are not good enough, then create a third link wheel and mass link to it. Wait for few more days. Also make sure the onpage SEO is properly done and check that you are not targeting keyword phrases which are very very competitive.
After mass linking to third link wheel, if you still don’t make it to first page of Google, then I suggest you relax and forget about this keyword phrase. Don’t give up hope. Just move on to another keyword phrase or another webpage because sometimes even after trying your best you will not get desired results.
In such cases, it might be better and wiser to move to the next thing instead of getting stuck at the same place and fretting over it.
